How to Report a Complaint

For any return, refund, or replacement request, the complaint must be reported to us within 7 days after delivery via any of the following contact methods:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • The complaint must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

Refund Details

Refund Process

Any refund will be processed for the actual product price only. The following fees are non-refundable:

If a product is returned due to a complaint or service issue, the resolution process may take 7–14 days.

Processing Fee

Returns Without Defect

If a product is returned and it has no defect or damage, a processing fee will apply. You have two options:

Option A Β· Standard Return

We collect the product. A processing fee of QR 15 or less will be charged (exact amount communicated upon return request). This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Option B Β· Warehouse Drop-off

Return the product directly to our warehouse and receive a full refund with no processing fee.

Return Shipping

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
