Delivery Areas
We ship orders only to locations inside Qatar. Any order with a shipping address located outside Qatar will not be fulfilled.
Perfumesouq Online Shopping aims to deliver your orders within 24 hours to addresses inside the Doha area once an order is received. Orders to distant locations may take up to 48 hours.

Distant locations include: Al Khor, Mesaieed, Dukhan, Al Ruwais, Shahaniya Municipality and similar areas outside Doha.
Delivery Methods
Free delivery to all areas in Qatar for orders above QR 39. Orders to distant locations may be subject to a shipping charge of up to QR 30.
Delivery within 4 hours to all addresses inside Doha. Available only for orders placed between 9:00 AM β 5:00 PM (1:00 PM β 5:00 PM on Fridays).
β οΈ If we fail to deliver within the mentioned timeframe, you will not be charged the QAR 20 express fee.
π¦ Handling Fee: We may charge an extra handling fee on products that are heavy or require extra care while shipping.
Delivery Schedule
Our delivery schedule runs from Saturday to Thursday. We work a half day on Friday, so orders placed on Fridays may experience a slight delay.

Order Cancellation
You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. To request a cancellation, please reach out to us as soon as possible through either of the following:
Important Notes
- Delivery within 24 hours applies only to addresses inside the Doha area. All other distant addresses will be fulfilled within 48 hours.
- Express delivery (4-hour) is available only within Doha and during stated hours.
- Orders placed on Friday may be delayed due to our half-day working schedule.
- Any order with a shipping address outside Qatar will not be fulfilled.
