How to Report a Complaint
For any return, refund, or replacement request, the complaint must be reported to us within 7 days after delivery via any of the following contact methods:
ℹ️ If a product carries a different warranty or returns period, it will be clearly specified on that product's page.
Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- The complaint must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
📹 Manufacturing Defect / Damage / Technical Issue: A detailed video clearly showing the damage or defect must be attached when submitting your complaint.

🏷️ Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Promotional & Special Offer Products
No warranty of any kind is available on products provided as part of promotional deals, special offers, bundle offers, clearance stock, or noted as free or super low price.
Refund Process
Any refund will be processed for the actual product price only. The following fees are non-refundable:
If a product is returned due to a complaint or service issue, the resolution process may take 7–14 days.
Returns Without Defect
If a product is returned and it has no defect or damage, a processing fee will apply. You have two options:

Option A · Standard Return
We collect the product. A processing fee of QR 15 or less will be charged (exact amount communicated upon return request). This fee will be deducted from your refund. |
Option B · Warehouse Drop-off
Return the product directly to our warehouse and receive a full refund with no processing fee. |
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

- Replacement, exchange, or refund is applicable only for products with technical issues within 7 days.
- No refund or exchange will be given if the product has no issues or if it has exceeded 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds cover actual product price only — delivery, installation, and processing fees are non-refundable.
- No warranty on promotional deals, bundle offers, clearance stock, or free/super low price items.
- Return policy may vary per product — check individual product pages for specific terms.
