Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Return, refund, and replacement policies may vary depending on the product.

For any return, refund, or replacement request, the issue must be reported through our contact methods (website, phone, or WhatsApp) within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If a specific product has a different return or warranty period, it will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused
  • Must be in the same condition as received
  • Must be in original packaging

If the product has:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damage
  • Technical issue

You must provide a clear video proof showing the issue for verification.

Once approved, the replacement or exchange process may take 7–14 days.


Refund / Replacement Conditions

  • Refund, replacement, or exchange is applicable only for defective or damaged products
  • No refund or exchange will be provided if:
    • The product has no defect
    • The issue is not technical or damage-related

Important Note on Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only for the product price
  • Delivery, installation, and processing fees are non-refundable

No Warranty Items

No warranty applies to:

  • Promotional products
  • Bundle offers
  • Clearance stock
  • Free items
  • Heavily discounted products

Return Without Defect

If a product is returned without any defect or damage:

  • A processing fee up to QAR 15 may be charged

If the customer returns the product directly to our warehouse:

  • Full refund will be provided
  • No processing fee

Customer Satisfaction Policy

  • Return for replacement/exchange: within 7 days
  • Return for refund: within 7 days

Non-Acceptable Return Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product has physical damage caused by customer
  • Warranty is not mentioned in invoice
  • Returned without original invoice

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items are eligible for refund
  • Sale items are non-refundable

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If refunded, return shipping cost will be deducted
