Shipping Policy
We ship orders only to locations داخل Qatar.
PerfumeSouq aims to deliver your orders within 24 hours (inside Doha area) once an order is received. However, deliveries to distant locations such as Al Khor, Mesaieed, Dukhan, Al Ruwais, and Al Shahaniya municipality may take longer (up to 48 hours).
In some cases, a shipping charge of up to QAR 30 may apply for these distant locations.
Delivery Schedule
Our delivery schedule runs from Saturday to Thursday.
- We operate half day on Friday, so orders placed on Fridays may be delayed.
- Additional handling charges may apply for products that are heavy or require special care during delivery.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
- Free delivery across Qatar for orders above QAR 35
Express Delivery
- Delivery within 4 hours inside Doha
- Available for orders placed:
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Friday)
- Charges: QAR 25
If we fail to deliver within the promised time, the express delivery fee will not be charged.

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Delivery Coverage
PerfumeSouq delivers across all locations within Qatar.
Orders with shipping addresses outside Qatar will not be processed or fulfilled.
